Biography

Xiaochen Wu is a PhD student in optoelectrical engineering department of Chongqing University. His research interests include the preparation of perovskite nanocrystals and single crystals. He is also interested in construction of high-resolution imaging systems. 

Research Interests

Research interests center on advanced X-ray detectors and imaging technologies, emphasizing high sensitivity, low noise, and high spatial resolution. Particular focus is placed on the growth of low-dimensional single crystals, where controlled crystallization and defect engineering enable optimized charge transport and enhanced stability. Additionally, work involves the preparation and fabrication of X-ray detectors, integrating novel semiconductor materials with tailored device architectures to achieve efficient, low-dose, and high-performance radiation detection systems.
